Perry 5" Locking Caster by Nu-Wave (PERR-PC5B-S)

Quality casters.
I did have an issue with one of the casters but it was resolved beyond my expectations.
I would recommend these castor's for professional tradesman daily use.
These replaced a very poor quality set which I purchased through eBay that didn't last six months.

I bought a set of 4 of the Perry Nu Wave casters from Wall tools.
Something is wrong with one of them.
The brake system on the caster is always in the lock position and the wheel will not swivel which makes it useless.
I tried to disengage the lock but it does not work like the others do.
I put in a request for a replacement to Wall tools , but for some reason they denied my request for a functional replacement.
Apparently Wall tools does not stand behind the products they sell.
